Well-attended webinar on project outcomes for VISCED

On 10 December 2012 the VISCED Partnership organised a 60 minute webinar on the main outputs of the VISCED Project. This well-attended webinar attracted 44 participants from 17 different countries, including some representatives of the virtual schools that have been researched as case studies by the VISCED partners. Participants could interact with one another and ask questions to the speakers via the live chat. You can now view the webinar recording and speakers' presentations online.

Join us for a free webinar on the outputs of VISCED on 10 December

The VISCED Project partners are organising a webinar to present the main findings of the project on Monday 10 December at 15:00 CET. This one hour webinar will provide a summary of the main outputs of the project including a description of the status of virtual schools and colleges in Europe. It will also summarise a set of recommendations generated through the work of the partners related to how best to foster and encourage effective virtual schooling options for those who could best benefit from flexible alternatives to traditional schools and colleges.

Webinar “Benchmark Survey on the Best Practices for Implementing Online Learning Programs”

Implementing online learning can be a complex process, and a smooth implementation is critical for success. MDR Education Market Research recently conducted a survey of over 220 educators at all levels on the most critical success factors for implementing credit recovery, online courses, and full time programs. A webinar showcasing the survey results was held on the 20th of September 2012.
